Le Bistrot de la Grande Maison is an intimate restaurant in Mazamet, in the Tarn region.
An almost secret address, where a maximum of 15 guests are welcomed per service.
Open for lunch and dinner, by reservation only. The menu changes twice a week depending on market availability and seasonal produce.
A living house
A manor house in Mazamet, with a garden, vegetable patch and aquaponic greenhouse. In summer, meals are served overlooking the garden or in the living rooms.
French cuisine, seasonal, precise and sincere.
The Bistro was born from a communal table. We simply opened the door. Here, we take our time. We sit down. We chat.
A deliberately limited space to preserve attention, quality and balance.
