Our new menu is here!

We are celebrating the flavors of early summer with seasonal cuisine featuring tomatoes, eggplant, white peaches, and raspberries.

On the menu:

• Tomato in three ways: battavia dome, tomato-burrata mousse, cherry tomato heart and Hot & Spicy oregano tomato sorbet.

• Confit of Duroc pork shoulder from Batallé, creamy polenta with parmesan, honey-thyme glazed eggplant and candied cherry tomatoes.

OR

• Vegetarian option: pressed candied eggplant, creamy polenta with parmesan, candied cherry tomatoes, Hot & Spicy oregano oil and roasted hazelnuts.

• Raspberry White Peach Heart: raspberry mousse, white peach heart and almond crumble.

Or Selection of regional cheeses
